works better with 20050930, but has a different problem now.
Pressing Accept for the license only tells you "Please read the license up to
the end before accepting ... "
But I am at the end.
I see:
fixme:richedit:RichEditANSIWndProc EM_EXLIMITTEXT: stub
and repeated (one for each try:)
fixme:richedit:RichEditANSIWndProc EM_GETFIRSTVISIBLELINE: stub
SO I guess this needs EM_GETFIRSTVISIBLELINE implemented.

Hello,
I am the original reporter.
I tried recent Wine from august and was perfectly able to use midi input with
Alsa. For instance i played a VSTI virtual synth inside various host using my
external midi keyboard, and all was fine
Since it was what i wanted to do at the fisrt place. I think the bug can be closed.

winedos.outport(00000064,00000001,000000ad)
this IO instruction is is "disable keyboard".
winedos.outport(00000064,00000001,000000ae)
this one is "enable keyboard".
Very strange things happen here.
Please run with:
WINEDEBUG=+io,+int wine ...exe

The problem occurs for me too, with Counter Strike 1.6 and 1.5, with all Wine
versions past 20041019, however the skips are noticeably smaller since
20050419 (I think so, or maybe the may version). Cedega does handle the mouse
correctly.
