Tried that fix on the Neverwinter Nights toolset. It does look like the OpenGL
is being drawn in the correct position, but the rest of the window is entirely
overdrawn with black, so it remains unusable :-(
There is a selection grid which is drawn over the top of the OpenGL 3d part,
and this is drawn offset by the same amount that the OpenGL was offset in
order to put it in the right place.
However, if the rest of the main window were not overdrawn, it looks like it
would be usable in fullscreen mode.

hi Vitaliy Margolen,
The program (rapget) needs IE for internet connectivity only. but the TOOLTIP
has got nothing to do with Internet explorer. It's the problem with the GUI.
Anyways, as suggested, removed .wine,
Try this:
-------------
1. rm -rf .wine
2. cd rapget/
3. wine rapget
4. window comes (after auto creatin wine prefix 100% etc...)
5. add any rapidshare.de link
6. the tooltip never go until the program exits!

I'm sorry for sending a second comment following my attachment. I had some
trouble with my bugzilla password and I think that's why my comments on the bug
ended up not showing up. Anyhow, the attachment I've just posted have code that
produces the error reported here. The code is from this site
http://examples.oreilly.com/ai/Examples.zip It's an exemple of a book obout ai
for games.
I used the following command to compile the code:
% wineg++ *.cpp -mwindows
After running the resulting binary for a few minutes (or even less than a
minute, I didn't really time it) I get the error
"err:clipping:CLIPPING_UpdateGCRegion hVisRgn is zero. Please report this."
