Shock 2
Product: Wine
Version: CVS
Platform: PC-x86-64
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal

When ingame (not just the menu) i.e. in first person, the X mouse is always
drawn still and just vibrates in the middle of the screen. It's also drawn over
the top of the custom cursor in the menu.

winetest-200611221000-paul-mingw.exe crashes on Wine 0.9.25 just alike.
I did notice there is some new patch added to the GIT possibly fixing this, but
I didn't manage to find out how to use the newest GIT version instead. So, I'll
be waiting for the 0.9.26 version to test, whether this has been fixed already
by those. Until then, this is still a critical bug for running tests on Wine for
me.
(Note: There have been NO test runs submitted on versions later than Wine 0.9.23
at all, most likely because of this bug.)

First, log out of your root account.
Second stop using a copy of your windows installation as virtual windows drive.

I am using Slackware. What is interesting that when right after reinstalling the
x11 package, wine runs OK, although fonts look a bit weird. Then when ldconfig
is run, wine is not able to start any application and shows above error.

What happens when you install this app on Windows? Are the files missing in
Wine installed in Windows? Having this information will make it easier to
narrow down the problem.
