If they're not using a new-enough WINE base, let me know, and I'll download and build whatever version of WINE you want me to try. So I don't mess up my Ubuntu install, I want to run the newer version of WINE from a user directory. That is possible, right? Exception is http: which doesn't work right anyway. Everything works the way it should. What distro and what window manager are you using?
