The patch was submitted to provide a warning, which doesn't fix the problem, but since it isn't so much a wine problem as it is a lack of dependencies being installed, the wine team isn't going to fix it, so the bug is a wontfix.. That sequence not actually compiled anything, but I think that it generated fonts. See attached log. Only what disappeared was warning about font directory (or something like that -- I do not remeber details.) Text have still letters missing on winecfg. There is now /usr/local/wine/share/wine/fonts/ directory.
