[Bug 5167] Flash 8 and Fireworks 8 won't load

It outputs this because your Xserver is using 16bpp... on my computer it works fine at 24bpp. (I tried once at 15bpp and it did the same thing, so I assume that there is a bug in wine assuming the wrong pixel depth? Don't know. When I change windows version to 98 or ME it works properly. The "invalid texture coordinate reference" usually means the shader is trying to use an invalid texture unit. I guess in D3D that's valid, while in OpenGL it isn't. We should probably check the maximum number of supported textures when generating the shader.
