Please remove winetools and forget about them. Make sure that Wine's fonts are correct (run notepad, and check "SYSTEM" and "MS Sans Serif" fonts). If they are invisible - then you have bad fonts and need to recompile Wine from source. Upgrade to Wine 0.9.13.
