When you hit the ok button (the only button available) a warning message box comes up too again with no title or message (but has the error icon). Hitting ok on that seems to close the installer (no other options). However this can be migitated by switching to local view and back once. The issue is caused by a message loop between the app and the comctl32 listview code, when the listview is virtual (LVS_OWNERDATA).
