Ben,
This bug is for this specific error message caused by the dload program:
"Hey guys"
"We got a big error here :("
The script may crash, I don't know, but it has nothing to do with this bug. This
script is independent of wine so it can't be a wine bug. (You can crash windows
too doing something similar). All I can say is that my old script I used years
ago used to work. I don't use the cracks anymore because copy protection now
works. :D
PS Some fixed-exes are buggy too and crash anyway and we can't do anything about
them.

We have already addressed the loader program to death. I'm not familiar with
this bug number, but I do believe the error message having to deal with the
ApiHooks is long in the past, as I haven't seen it reported in ages. If there is
any other issue with the loader, it's covered in bug 3978.

Ok, well we're telling you it's not a blocker, which you can read by clicking on
'Severity'.
> Okay, I finally got it to work.
Marking as invalid.

Okay, I finally got it to work. What I did was I had to fiddle around with the
disk and finally figured out that if I open another new tab in my terminal
window, and reran the winefile d:\\ then double clicked autorun, went back to
the install window and hit "yes" again that it accepted the disk. Very strange,
I'll see if this continues to work.-+

I tried your suggestions James but the same problem still occurs. It asks me
"Please insert disk 2 into tray?" I click "Yes" and the same dialog pops up
again and does nothing. I also get exactly the same debug output.
Also, no one was ever clear about what the terminology is supposed to mean, so I
guessed what "regression" and "blocker" had meant.

A few things:
* Make sure /media/cdrecorder is set up in winecfg as a cdrom drive.
* Don't run windows executables with an absolute unix path (wine
/media/cdrecorder/Autorun.exe)
* Use 'winefile d:\\' (where d is the drive letter of the cd drive) and then run
setup.exe, Autorun.exe
