I'm not sure why the repository I had setup didn't give the latest version. I went to: http://www.winehq.org/site/download-deb And added the fiesty repository and it gave me the latest version. And looking at the Software Sources window both the repository I had and the one I added look the same. -shrugs- Oh well. This isn't a problem in that version.
