Under v0.9.42 , I tried not to reinstall them. Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: P2 Component: wine-misc AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: ghettopolak04(a)hotmail.com I'm not sure which component this should be assigned to, so I selected wine-misc. FL Studio 7 needs the attached registry key for a few features to work. Without the registry key several internet related functions like downloading sound banks and the news reader don't work. If you try to activate the news reader without the registry key a small popup will appear saying: Failed to get data for "ProxyEnable". (ProxyEnable is the registry key name) The missing registry key will also cause FL Studio to crash the next time it's run if the (not working) news reader is not disabled before closing the program. The solutions in this case would be to delete the entire FL Studio registry entries.
