There is no such feature in Guild Wars. Google isn't much helpful either. "The application unzip the files to allow you to go back to the place you was but freeze with the log-in screen" ... makes it sound like some kind of addon which hooks Guild Wars and records info about your PvP battles. It is against the EULA to use any kind of bots/hooking software for game, and the game is constantly updated, so this software probably doesn't even work anymore, and any crashes might as well be caused by this so-called "PvP Viewer" itself. Judging by the date this was reported... I'd attached a picture of the dialog (sorry, it's in spanish).
