As expected, wine works fine with that on this test. Also, Eric is working on a fix. He gave me a patch that helps vc2005/vc2008 with this case, but says it needs more work before he can post it. So far in my testing, all the bugs I listed have been fixed. I can see the play by play text now and reports display and the game plays.
