It is possible to resize the interior window to exceed the size of the main window. It is also possible to resize the main window so that it overlaps the interior window. I did use the various window arrangement sequences and none caused scrollbars to activate. The large mouse cursor stopped at the edges of any displayed window. Double-clicking on the window bar converted window to maximize (and this was not discussed as a problem.
