This bug does not appear to be apparent with Wine 1.2-rc3. It is possible to
resize the interior window to exceed the size of the main window. It is also
possible to resize the main window so that it overlaps the interior window. I
did use the various window arrangement sequences and none caused scrollbars to
activate. The large mouse cursor stopped at the edges of any displayed window.
Double-clicking on the window bar converted window to maximize (and this was
not discussed as a problem. Can you attach a sample .tran file to this report
so that I can see if your problem exists in the latest version of Wine?

Original program reported is no longer maintained at SourceForge.net. Is there
another program that demonstrates this problem other than eMule (I don't want
to install a P2P client here with a dubious history).

Noticed a complaint at
http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/gaming-games-multimedia-entertainment/1654…
that, um, dxdiag won't start.
Sure enough, 'winetricks directx9' followed by 'wine dxdiag' fails to launch
dxdiag.
The +relay log is quite short:

Geez, what'd we do to piss it off?

I have the same problem before but it was fix when I upgrade my wine version to
1.2-rc3. I also use the "winetricks dinput8". adding it directly to the winecfg
doesn't seem to work.
