On the initial display, the area where the header bar should be is blank (white). If you drag the mouse over the area where the header should be, the header bar is drawn in the area under the mouse. If you then minimize or do anything that causes a repaint of the listview, the header bar goes away. Testing indicates using the comctl32.dll AND/OR uxtheme.dll in native mode resolves the issue. This problem cause some 2D graphics corruptions and switch to wrong screen resolution in Speed Busters game. (tab review - share workbook and enable merge checkbox there). This is a great feature so you can work with multiple users on the document the same time. But, when i try to open a shared document, excel gives an error that excel found unreadable content. See the log files for information what is happening. The log stops at the moment the message is displayed about the unreadable content.
