However, I'm not a geek or techie, just a guy who uses my machines for DOING things like photo editing, writing, etc. My problem lies in ArcSoft's PhotoStudio 5.5. I am informed that there is a serious error and that it needs to close. Oh, another problem is that I got your app to let me install my Canoscan 4400F scanner but I can't find where it went.
