This also happens when you try to press any keys while the intro movie for a new game is playing. I've also had this crash happen in-game when trying to dismiss the steam bottom-right-corner popup that covers part of the screen. On startup both the scene panel AND the game panel have a 3d context. However when you press the play button, the 3d context in the game panel dissapears and Unity responds with the error width <= 0 || height <= 0 UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI() I have also tried removing the scene panel to see if that makes a difference, it does not.
