Yes, just tested with the full game. I cannot test full screen as my xrandr config only lists my full resolution (grr @ nVidia), but it does the same thing with emulated desktop mode. I can confirm that this bug also affects the demo. I wanted to test 1.1.29 as well but it didn't compile.
