That means Accwiz.dll was not able to register itself at the registry. After that the installation stops with the message that Office 97 Installer was not able to install Office 97 Proffesional correctly. I installed Steam using Wine. It will not open. See error report. Also, Linux can install Steam, but it only plays Terraria.
