In Wine 1.9.19, any attempts to run the 32-bit version of Dynahack with a
32-bit prefix end with the game not launching.
Unfortunately, I can't get any terminal output when launching the game with
"wine dynahack.exe".

Summary: Wine Windows OpenGL support regression
Product: Wine
Version: 0.9.57.
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: critical
Priority: P3
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: imamdxl8805(a)yahoo.com
Dear Wine developers,
This is wine version 0.9.56 and 0.9.57
There are two games that support OpenGL rendering as well as Direct3D redering.
Here are the games:
1. Hitmen 2 Silent Assasin
2. Hitmen 3 Contracts
When I have updated my wine version to 0.9.57, then these games are not playing
anymore with OpenGL rendering. But when I start these games with Direct3D
rendering they are playing fine.
These games played properly with wine version 0.9.55 with OpenGL rendering as
well as Direct3D rendering.
Then I have decided to reinstall wine 0.9.55.
Sorry for the err message printed in the command line. Because I do not have
Internet connection in my home PC.
Best regards,
DXL

While testing the game Ranagrök, I noticed a visual bug in the launcher
(european version). The launcher uses mshtml to display some website and it had
a vertical scrollbar which looked like it didn't belong there. After some
debugging, I found out that the page uses the css style "overflow: hidden" on
the body element. This should hide the scrollbar, but Wine still displays it. I
made a small test html website to reproduce the issue without the game:
wine iexplore https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/61413222/wine-css-hidden.html
On windows no scrollbars are shown while Wine shows a vertical scrollbar.

Summary: De-installing a running app gives wrong result
Product: Wine

When a running app is de-installed during execution, Wine uninstaller gives a
positive result that the app is uninstalled. But the app is not removed.
The Control Panel and Registry shows as if the app is uninstalled but the app
still exist. As a consequence the Registry and what really is installed is out
of sync. A subsequent installation of the same app is possible from the
installer perspective. But the installation may give wrong results because the
former was not removed properly.
On Window when uninstalling a running app a window pops up
--------------------------
The following application should be closed before continuing the install:
[app name]
- Automatically close applications and attempt to restart them after setup is
complete
- Do not close applications. (AReboot may be required)
OK Cancel
--------------------------
The message isn't perfect but at least it is assured that the Registry and the
app removal status are in sync.

Hi,
There is a silly obscure program called 'Jim 2' made in Delphi by an Australian
company called 'Happen'.
This program only works within the Australian locales and tests for this via
the 'GetThreadUILanguage()' method from 'dlls/kernel32/thread.c'. This needs to
be implemented for 'Jim 2' to start up correctly.

The Nortel [now called Avaya] 2050 IP Softphone does not correctly render its
user interface on the screen.
I am not clear which widget toolkit its using or if it actually is using OpenGL
to do the render, maybe you will be able to see by grabbing the binary from the
below link^[1] and reproducing locally. The program is fairly small and pretty
self-contained, I don't believe there is too much left for it to get it
completely working.
Kind Regards,
Edward.

BUG: When you run simple Direct2D application (application that I attached
"p010.exe"), Direct2D test fails with newer d3d10_1.dll(Wine 1.7.26) and
doesn't draw anything. When you paste older d3d10_1.dll(Wine 1.7.25) to
\windows\system32 directory, the application p010.exe able to draw simple
vectors but with
error message, that function D3D10CreateStateBlock wasn't found.
Precondition: d2d1.dll, d3d10.dll, d3d10core.dll, d3d10_1.dll, dxgi.dll,
wined3d.dll, libwine.dll should be compiled for Windows and pasted into
\Windows\Sysem32 or to the application environment, real hardware with OpenGL
support seems to be required.
Steps to repro:
1) Run p010.exe app
2) Choose Direct2D
3) Press key with two squares at the left
Expected result: Application should draw simple vectors.
