Unfortunately during the bisect I also hit a segmentation fault that I cannot work around and had to do a lot of skips, so pinpointing the correct commit is not possible. Attaching the bisect log as someone more knowledgeable may be able to spot the commit. The patch I wrote for this is attached, and here's Alexandre's feedback (he wants more tests): https://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2017-March/116877.html I'm posting the patch here to make sure that it doesn't get lost, because I don't think I'm going to get this done to Alexandre's satisfaction. In Windows it works fine with same programs and in same type of native Linux programs it also does with same fonts specfied (for instance I tested that both "Liberation"and "Noto" fonts work fine in LibreOffice in Linux (not Wine) but none works in Wine. I think that Wine does not *provide* details - such as glyphs - to applications from the font file, if the utf8-encoding for a character is more than 2 bytes long. Installing Visio 2010 went smooth, no errors. Then launched Visio and it pops up with the setup dialog, does some install stuff, switches to Visio splash screen, then crashes with an unhandled exception: page fault read error. Installing other Office 2010 applications (Word, Excel, etc..) in another prefix works fine with the same settings. Issue is that some of application are not working well in team of text alignment(means text showing and trying Right-to-Left but it should be always Left-to-right) not properly display. For example, here I open the MobaXterm.exe (like Putty) in which showing Right-to-Left alignment. Like real text is Press <return> to emit tab But showing bat time ot <nruter> sserP !
