The drive you selected may be invalid or unreadable" Occurs when searching "all drives" or a specific drive (C:). No messages in the Wine long when this is attempted. May be related to bug #44302. Using native wmplayer.exe (bug #44299) and wmvcore.dll (bug #44300). The overflow doesn't occur with wine-staging but it still hangs with nothing of note in the log. Using native wmplayer.exe (bug #44299) and wmvcore.dll (bug #44300). The game quits after the splash screen appears with a generic error message. The stdout of wine shows the following: 002f:fixme:mmio:MMIO_InstallIOProc Global procedures not implemented 002f:fixme:mci:MCI_LoadMciDriver Couldn't load driver for type L"AVIVIDEO". The game installer copies some files to c:\windows\system. The required file for AVI playback is MCIAVI.DRV. Extract the zip archive. 3. Prepare IPLROM.DAT and CGROM.DAT (or CGROM.TMP) from somewhere and put them to x86 directory. 4. Run xm6g.exe in x86 directory.
