so i'm not entirely savvy on if this is related to gcc or a compiler thing,
seems more like compiler

removing 'length' of pointer check in alloc_object_attributes() from the long
chain of createprocess/create_nt_process/ntcreateuserprocess allows
fose_launcher.exe to kick off fallout3.exe
