Two things.
Under wine winecfg Under the graphics tabs
There are a number of check boxes under windows settings.
I tried the combinations, and it makes little differences, but mine still
minimizes the same way as far as I can tel..

A 2nd option. I generally have XFCE setup for 4 workspaces. Rather than
minimizing the Pegasus Mail, perhaps clicking on top bar, and move it to a
separate workspace, then switch back and forth between the workspaces.

One thing I found was alt enter was suppose to minimize, but for me it does
nothing??
