I dont know how to compile wine and honestly I dont want to. 
In the time you are emailing back and forth with explanations of why the
patches  haven't been added to the list of approved patches, you could have
probably tested the patches that were provided. Please make an extra effort to
make this correction another successful addition to the wine project and move
on. End users like myself and other will certainly appreciate it!
