Following Olivier's procedure on Windows 10 for running nullDC yields the same
crash that I observe with wine-10.11, so it doesn't seem to indicate any issue
with Wine. In any event, the bug was originally reported against Crossover, so
it should be referred to Crossover support for further assistance.
