err:ole:COMPOBJ_DllList_Add couldn't load in-process dll L"C:\windows\system32\dmloader.dll
dmloader is the workaround for Bug 30911 so this may be caused by using the native DLL - I really don't know.
Replaced the dmloader.dll used by Winetricks with one from Windows 8.1 and it seems to reproduce Bug 30911. Added the dmime.dll from Winetricks and the same err:ole:COMPOBJ_DllList error occurs for dmime.dll. Replaced that with the Windows 8.1 version but there is a call to unimplemented function ntdll.dll.CsrAllocateCaptureBuffer. I don't have any older versions I can test at the moment.
This bug may be caused by the workarounds, which may not be workarounds at all - does that make this invalid? It certainly makes things more confusing, not knowing for certain which order the bugs should(n't) appear.
