still not working with Gcenx's wine-devel 10.6 build

Here is a game demo to test this issue with (use the QSOUND.ABS demo)

unpack to the BigPEmu_v118 directory next to the BigPEmu.exe executable so it's
easy to launch a demo using System > Load Software > JaguarDemos > QSOUND.ABS
