I can confirm that e4258d529342cc1dc486a136d0f715520b3dd5da fixes it for Skyrim
Legendary Edition, all the sounds now work properly, thanks! The only issue I'm
still having in Skyrim is the severe performance drop (bug 52334), just thought
I'd mention it here just in case, but the sounds are completely fixed.
