The bug is triggered when I load the battle.net login screen for Starcraft Brood
Wars while using wine.  It causes wine to abort, and so Starcraft closes too.

This battle.net login screen is the only screen that causes wine to crash -- I
can load other menus as well as play the game single player just fine without
crashing.

I'm running Ubuntu Breezy, linux 2.6.12-10-amd64-generic.
