Many thanks for the instructions! Looks like this is a regression, in wine-9.0
the EOC entry exists. Current wine.git (wine-10.19-127-gf49b8aec794) also shows
some regressions with theme painting, so for the testing purposes it's required
to disable theme in winecfg.
