Npp keep non exsisting file

Tested with Wine 10.9 on Ubuntu 22.04 running on VMware.

Downloaded Npp from here:
https://notepad-plus-plus.org/repository/7.x/7.6.4/npp.7.6.4.Installer.x64.e...

There seems to be buttons in Dialog.

Test procedure.

1. Created file. C:\temp\test.txt
2. Open file with Npp. 
3. Delete file
