patch for winetricks

After applying the patches:
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2007-August/042883.html ,
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2007-August/042884.html and using
a patched winetricks that puts the correct path in the registry Wine passes the
IE test. However the patch for winetricks doesn't take into account that the
'Program Files' directory name is locale-dependant or support wineprefixes
created with older versions of Wine.
