L"Z:\usr\share\wine\mono\wine-mono-10.3.0\bin\libmono-2.0-x86_64.dll")
failed (error c000007b).
0a20:err:mscoree:load_mono Could not load Mono into this process
 fixed?

Missing:
mingw64-win-iconv package, at
/usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin/iconv.dll.
