Icy tower game redraws only when you are dragging window around the virtual screen.

how to reproduce: 
1. download icy tower here:
 http://g1.acid-play.com/download/f4a8cab6/icytower13_install.exe
2. install
3. in winecfg set virtual screen to 800x600 and audio direct sound to emulation
4. run (C:\games\icytower1.3\icytower13.exe)

You can see a black window. Music from main menu plays - it indicates that main
menu is loaded but it's not shown.

Drag the window title and main menu will appear. When you release mouse button,
window stop redrawing.
