Ah, Vitaliy beat me to it. You probably installed native comctl32 with winetricks.
If there is a reason Wine's builtin comctl32 does not work for you, then please file a new bug.
You got it. I used winetricks to override the comctl32. Sorry for this stupid act. I ignored this.
