[Bug 8962] App specific-orbiter can not find required local files

This is getting confusing with all your different configurations. Please
(re)move your .wine directory, put the app in your home folder on a ext3
partition, and run it. If it requires those overrides, put them in
.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/, and then set them to native with winecfg. Then
post your terminal output here.
