The executed program is logonsessions.exe from SysInternals on a Mandriva
2006.0 x86_64 with 32-bit layer installed:
Linux voyager 2.6.12-12mdk #1 Fri Sep 9 17:26:56 CEST 2005 x86_64 AMD
Turion(tm) 64 Mobile ML-34  unknown GNU/Linux

Wine version is (Wine 0.9.20) CVS as on September 10, 2006.

Exactly same errors are reported without setting WINEDEBUG.
