I wrote a quick script to flush the CDN cache of the apt repo release/package
files.

Let me know if that cleared it up for this release on Debian/Ubuntu/Fedora.

I don't think that on update of the repos we are properly telling the CDN to
purge the files. We used to use a file update notifier so that when the files
would update, they would auto-purge, but that isn't an option anymore with AWS.
