[Bug 52959] Some games are rendered in square instead fullscreen

I retested on X11 and case is worse. Resolution is probably changed, because
xterm window was bigger, but only black screen, when I minimize xterm window.
When switching window via ALT+TAB, commandos window appears in part of screen
(top-left corner), what is what it should be.
