To run the editor you need to download Team Fortress 2 on Steam (all for free)
The Windows version needs to be downloaded instead of the Native Linux version
(by selecting Proton in compatibility options)
The bin directory in downloaded archive needs to be extracted into game's
directory (steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2) and merged with the game's root
bin directory.
