was investigation another wayland issue and figured i'd update here

kotor is now unusable, it either crashes or gets killed. the screen is to the
left and undersized. positive, i didn't notice any flickering or flashing

fallout 3 in non-fullscreen mode seems to be placed randomly? may be that it's
resized after being centered/placed. but because wayland is wayland, if that's
the case, idk that there's anything to be done in wine for it.
