Still incorrectly generated:  you used winedebug=+relay,+seh,+tid, not
WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid .  Case matters.  Also please stop attaching
screenshots of your command prompt:  copy and paste the text into a text file
if you must, and attach that here instead.
