The problem is that in the test program, the problem does NOT occur.

But it is only a tiny program.
The MAIN SARTrack program has 100+ Forms, and 250,000 lines of source code...
Why that would make a difference, I don't know.

I upload a ZIP file containing both the executable and the entire Delphi
project code.
