Thanks. Relying on SHELL_FindExecutable, or more specifically, PathResolve
broke the lookup of executable with relative paths. i.e.
PathResolve("file.exe", "C:\dir") will find "C:\dir\file.exe", but
PathResolve(".\file.exe", "C:\dir") does not (!).

Now, I am not sure if this is a bug in PathResolve, or, if we shouldn't rely on
PathResolve at all. I'll do some tests on native Windows to find out.
