[Bug 24576] Final Fantasy XIV: Live Client Launch Fails

Progress.

Running the following:
WINEDEBUG=+winsock,+relay,+winhttp wine "c:\program files\squareenix\final
fantasy xiv\ffxivboot.exe" &> /tmp/ffxivtrace.txt

Brings not only lets me get past the login screen, but also successfully
launches the game!

I can get to the Start Screen as per the attached image file, however clicking
"Start" launches a Login Client which looks to be a developer mode login (the
Program is appended with "DevMode").

While I still cannot test gameplay it seems to be one step closer to it.
