I think I found something, unfortunately MSISelectionTree_WndProc
truncates the pointer of a newly created item. Therefore the attempts
to add child items fail because the treeview does not find
the item by the truncated pointer.

Following merge request changes the type of the variable.
With it also the 64-bit msiexec shows the product features.
