[Bug 8995] DirectX detection fails in Sims Stories installers

Hi!

I tried to install with a clean Wine and it doesn't detect DirectX!
After adding fusion.dll and msvcr.dll as native it works but crashes while
copying d3dx9_30.dll!

Will attach logs ;)
