Perhaps indeed XComposite wasn't compiled into my self-built Wine version, for
whatever reason. Because I just tried again with the `wine-10.13` binary from
Manjaro, and it worked fine this time.

So, given I cannot reproduce the problem anymore, and given that the commit
mentioned in comment #11 are supposed to fix it, I think it's safe to close
this issue.

Sorry for the noise, I honestly wanted to help. And thank you very much for
maintaining Wine!
