Hello.
When running a wine + a Windows app that uses "make" (and Makefile) there is a error message and the application fail if wine uses Windows Version: Windows XP.
----> make: *** windows32_openpipe(): DuplicateHandle(In) failed (e=6)
This not appears if using real Windows XP.
If you use winecfg and set Windows Version: Windows 7 (and up) the problem is gone.

* Wine version used to reproduce the bug * application name, version, preferably download link * trace logs (WINEDEBUG)
Imagine, if I visit a doctor just stating "it hurts" (without being specific). Do you think the doctor can make an educated guess/help?
Also please avoid generic ticket summaries like this. Everyone could write the same line "Wine doesn't work". The bug tracker will be filled with thousands of bug reports with the same summary which makes searching/queries quite useless. Do you see the problem?

The application name is Lazarus for Ultibo from https://ultibo.org
Set with winecfg ----> Windows Version: Windows XP
Then run Lazarus-Ultibo.
On menu Tools/Build RTL ---> click on Build.
There will have a error: = . make: *** windows32_openpipe(): DuplicateHandle(In) failed (e=6)
The program call "make" from GnuWin32.
When using winecfg ----> Windows Version: Windows 7 ---> no problems.
